HaulIt's Freight & Material Quoting module interfaces pertinent data with the Dump Truck Dispatch, Job Costing and Billing & Driver Pay. Tonnage or flat rates can be created automatically from the miles and speed, loading and unloading times or total time. The Freight & Material Quoting system will take into account the truck type being quoted, its tonnage capacity and the desired hourly rate. The system can also use zone rates for the freight calculation. Materials can be quoted, easily marked up and applicable sales tax calculated on the material or on the material and freight.
Customize your printed quote by summary or detail with a global memo that you define. An exclusive memo can also be added. Each quote can be faxed or emailed to the customer using adobe distiller, reducing the amount of paperwork generated, making the process extremely time saving and efficient.
Dispatch can create orders in the Dump Truck Dispatch from quotes issued. Jobs can be created simply. The system will automatically default information from the quote into the job master and link the two for future reference.
The Freight & Material Quoting can significantly increase efficiency with its automatic calculations, easy retrieval of quotes issued, and elimination of duplicate data entry to the job master.
