HaulIt's Job Costing module is the link integrating Freight & Material Quoting, Dump Truck Dispatch and Billing & Driver Pay. Pertinent data is captured from quoting and dispatch and is updated into the job master which is used for billing and driver pay purposes. Valuable historical analysis of each job's performance can be viewed for business making decisions. Essential outstanding paperwork reports can be generated to increase productivity and cash flow.
Easily access job information, billing, driver pay, dispatch order information, and specific job history such as: loop times, total tons, number of loads, average tons per load, dollars per hour, etc. The original quote can be viewed as well as any orders taken in dispatch on the job.
Historical information about the haul such as: average hours per load, average dollars per hour, average tons per load, amount of units billed, amount of dollars billed, total driver pay, and dollars paid from the customer is stored in the job master.
