Equipment is listed by company trucks and pullers first, then outside trucks. Quickly dispatch drivers to trucks and trucks to orders. Send the dispatch to the drivers via text mail or email.
Orders can be created from existing quotes from the Freight & Material Quoting module, or Jobs from the Job Costing module, or create a temporary job. Dispatch schedules can be based on a default schedule or previous date.
Drivers and equipment can be scheduled each day, accounting for time off, break downs and maintenance. Automatic driver dispatch can dispatch the drivers according to their seniority. Outside trucks can be ordered by a simple click. The outside equipment display shows subhaulers that have the type of equipment required by your customer, sorted by the date last used, along with their phone numbers.
